Sounds like Amir is keeping quiet. Stupid really, the only possible way that he will ever play international cricket again is to fully cooperate.

Can the ICC bans really be upheld if they cannot be charged criminally?

Makes an absolute mockery of the sport if they all get to play again, when everyone and his dog has seen the tapes.

I would think that even if there are no criminal charges (which there never are with these kind of stings) that the ICC will deem there to be enough evidence to ban them. I'd hope so anyway.

A criminal court of law has a higher burden of proof than the ICC.

the icc will ban them even if they dont get a criminal conviction. the icc just needs some kind of proof that they had dealings with bookies and that they indulged in spot/match fixing. i think the icc seem pretty confident that they do have some evidence, hence the icc suspension on the three

Now the Pakistan High Commisioner (who looks like one of those villians from an old Bollywood movie, just there to get beaten up by the hero) is adding his voice to the Indian Conspiracy. Never knew that the Indians were this efficient being able to also instrument multiple bomb attacks during the Shia season at the same time just after inducing one of the greatest natural catastrophies and now conning the British with this Cricket conspiracy.

What a joke. That fat turd of a Pakistani High Commissioner is as bad as the Pakster judge that cleared Salim "The Rat" Malik of match-fixing allegations in the 90s.
