It's a long and arduous process to sack anyone in my organisation. You basically have to catch them bonking the MD's daughter - 3 times - at work - while loudly proclaiming what a qunt the MD is - to have any chance.

This bloke went through three written warnings, and still didn't see what he was doing wrong.
