Unless I'm mistaken it looks like they are all "dead".

Common sense seems to have prevailed, though I still think having one or two wouldn't hurt. Having so many was never going to work as a few (or even one) could spoil it for the rest by dicking around anonymously. That wasn't the only reason of course but I think I may have possibly said enough on the issue .
