Blimey, doesn't time fly. Haven't been here for donkeys years (though I still recognise the names - Dello, JKL, Merlin, Taips, et al!)

Since my last visit here I have gained:
a) A baby
b) About two stone on my gut
c) The knowledge that the older I get, the more right I become

In fact I think I've forgotten how to talk about cricket. Lets go back a few steps..... Read or Foster??

Nah I haven't buggered off again. Hopefully I'll have a chance to post here more often - the babs (she's a 'she' by the way!) is 9 months old now so things are back at steady state (most of the time!).

Now I'm off to read some other threads and find out what's goin on.

Aye it's a bit like turning up to a party just as everyone else has ordered the taxi to take tham home and only the drunk tards are left dancing...

Most people you'll remember are still here I think. Dan hasn't posted for a couple of weeks, which isn't that unusual, not seen nout of BigBadBob or Chas/Holcs for 6 months now and RobI had a big flounce a week ago.

Hope it picks up for a last hurrah in the home international season.
