England's new bowling coach could be..........
Craig McDermott according to the Torygraph. Other supposed candidates are AD, Stuart Barnes, Dougie Brown and David Saker.
Had never heard of Barnes - he is Glos' bowling coach and played a handful of games for them.
So, that's one one Englishman then ? :!:

McDermott ... FFS !
AD would be my first choice.... and he'd feel right at home in the Engerlund dressing room, surrounded by is fellow Jaarpies!

I hear Monty Panesar is in line for the job.
He'll teach them to keep improving and to put the balls in the right area.

Well Donald is clearly the standout choice. I'm not sure he'll want the hastle of travelling all around the world with the England team however. I think he's happy coaching at Warwickshire and in South Africa on a part time basis.

The one thing to be said in favour of favour of McDermott is that he works with the Aussie Academy - I can't see them employing any old geriatric bowler for the fun of it.
