I may have got my hopes up if JGK made this post.

And you can bet Macca won't do the last 20 runs in singles.

NZ have enough batting for Macca to do it even if he's partnering a number 9 or 10.

Macca's at his best when partnered by 9, 10, Jack, as are Styrofoam and Potter.

So we crashed through the middle order then let Tuffey and Bond smoke a few sixes.
Still, 238 on this postage stamp of a ground looks a fair way short of a par score. Are Aus due a massive choke?

Farquin stoopid sheep shagger weather.
So if this gets rained out and the Shaggers win the last game, is there a bowl off or super over to decide who wins the series?

Don't be silly. They only have bowl-offs or super overs for important things, like t20 matches.

Farkworth-Lewis strikes again. Aus now have to get 40 runs less in 16 overs less. FFS.

Aye, given that the Kiwis were bowled out, there probably should have been a bigger reduction in the target.

Did it remarkably easily in the end.

Voges - 13 matches, 307 runs @ 38, St/Rate 90.02, 1 50, HS 72
Not bad...needs to make more 50s. He'd be getting alot more press if he wasn't a wozzie.

Bit difficult for him to score 50s at present, coming in at number 6 with most of the overs bowled, and/or most of the runs scored. He's done all he could, and remains in the mix for the next Gilly.
