According to a media lawyer just interviewed on radio, this will probably be settled out of court but the only claim Bingle has is the breach of confidence clause, privacy doesn't come into it.

Most of the callers to date have been on Fev's side saying that she was a marriage-breaker or if she didn't realise he was already married she must be pretty darn thick.

Interesting that Lady Bradman counted Squizzy Taylor among her friends.

Passing on Fev's old photos will get him back in with his old sources ....Not
