It's interesting that Fev was prepared to drive to Sydney (wanted to avoid airport scrutiny) to be part of the carnal embrace.

As a male friend of mine suggested, either she's an unmissable root, or he really is the dullest bulb in the chandelier.

But just proves what a bogan The Bingle is. She pursued him unmercifully. He must know how to scratch her itch.

And the winner of the Bluntest Tool in the Shed award goes to....

Michael Clarke.

It was over 3 years ago that Fev was shagging Bingle ...(he let some of my mates know the details at the '06 Boxng Day Test and his Mrs had already busted him at that time )

The photo(s) in question have been in circulation for a long time

Bingle has done topless photo shoots

Bingle has just signed with a new manager

Womens Day are running the story

She is a big attention ho

Bingle to sue Fev.

Bingle is taking legal action against Fevola for breach of privacy, defamation and misuse of her image, Mr Markson said.

In an interview on the Today show this morning, Mr Markson said Bingle was 19 at the time the picture was taken.

"Brendan Fevola took a photo without Lara’s permission…I mean, you can see from the photo she did not want the photograph taken," he said.

Not sure how Max Markson can make that last claim and expect to be taken seriously.

One of the comments on the story linked to in the above post:

Disgusting. Our church group meets tomorrow afternoon and we are seeing what we can do about having all phone manufacturers remove the camera function. It has become a portal to revolting depravity and exhibitionism corrupting youth to acts of carnal sickness and pleasures. Some of the images I have received would make your hairs curl. Enough filth!

Yep, that'll make a difference. Her imaginary friend will stomp on the headquarters of Nokia, Sony, Apple, etc.

I think 'Barbara of Melbourne' could possibly be a fictional persona, kind of like the Coodabeens 'Digger' only less coherent....

INVADING someone's right to privacy by taking and distributing a compromising photo of them is wrong, Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard says.

Model Lara Bingle is reportedly suing AFL footballer Brendan Fevola after a photo of her in the shower was released.

The picture of Bingle, allegedly taken while the pair were involved in a secret affair in 2006, was published in Woman's Day magazine yesterday.

The model's manager Max Markson told the Herald Sun his client had met with lawyers and decided to sue Fevola.

Ms Gillard said she didn't want to comment on any specific case.

"I would say generally of course that I think people have a right to privacy," she said.

"For someone to take a photograph of someone else which obviously may show them in a compromising circumstance and then disseminate it without their consent ... is wrong."

End of sidebar. Return to start of sidebar.
Ms Gillard said anyone who did that should apologise and make good the damage they had done.

from Newscorp.

That should divert attention from the insulation debarcle.

Well, taking and distributing a compromising photo of Julia Gillard is most certainly wrong.

Ran into Julia at the MYO next to Waterfront Place - not even beer goggles could improve that.
