Not really. The ball was in play, Keita ran into Kaka, not very hard either and made some contact. You don't expect a player to act surprised everytime someone runs into them. That was blatant cheating and I hope Keita gets banned for 3 matches atleast.

Also Kaka isn't really the elbowing kind of player.
