Japan - tac and Trev.
USA - PlanetPakistan, Furriner, HH_Pink
South Africa - Taipan, Mynah, Hilda, Pixie
Brazil - Doremi
Germany - The One
The Ivory Coast - DJ_Smerk
I've segregated the forummers into their respective teams, I just need to pick one team for myself to follow. As we're so braindead awful that we can never qualify. And thanks to Ryan Shawcross for taking out our youngest and brightest prospect, WC finals maybe even further away. Typical.
Anyway, I've narrowed it down to, Spain, Honduras and the Ivory Coast. One of the three.
Just a note, I don't know about other forummers outside of the 32 final nations are routing for. Doremi, SG, etc.

Don't declare me for England - I couldn't care less what that rabble does in the World Cup. In football, I'm a Nottingham Forest fan, no more.

CA is clearly a disruptive influence on the England team, and would cause unrest amongst the team. Best he's not selected really.

You can scratch me off the list...I hope we don't win it.
Farking poofter game.
Looks like the Yarps will be struggling to put it on anyway...they really are turning into the antipodean subis.

It'll be hilarious if Australia does well at it, mainly because - except for the large 'sing while you're winning' contingent in this country - most people coudln't give a shit.
Although I had a great time at the qualifier for '06 when we knocked out U.R.Gay.

Possibly still the single greatest moment of commentary when Craig Forster and Simon Hill orgasmed all over the box when Aloisi slotted the winning penalty. It even outdid Snoozer Smuthy for unabashed bias (which is p!ss funny given Hill is a Pom)
I still laugh ever time I hear it.

Here's a great "crowd's eye view" of the Aloisi goal. Must say, it musta been grouse to be there.
