The final was really played in a festival atmosphere according to reports, as both teams had qualified for the big show.

Only a very few years ago, the Afghan national team were playing club sides from below the County league structure in England, and getting beaten. Astonishing progress. I suspect their participation in the World T20 will make headlines way beyond cricket.

Good on 'em both. The Dutchies are becoming a reasonably competitive side who consistently qualify for the top tournaments.
