Yeah, I had to dig off at lunch yesterday - today's all about doing WTF I want, waiting for a shelling for doing WTF I want and not overexerting myself for the (relative) pittance they call a wage. I'm on the lookout for any job - not just programming jobs anything with even a 5 grand drop in wages. They are not gonna milk this cashcow for much longer. I may even get my cock out in my resignation meeting.

Hehehe, reminds me of a mate who, after a p!ssy long lunch, took out his time sheets (which he hated doing), put 'em in a bin in the centre of the office, pull out his dong and p!ssed all over said time sheets. He was sacked on the spot.
It was grouse entertainment.
We are always lookin' for good IT gurus in Aus, Dan. Come and join us in the hot sun with the snakes and spiders.

Yeah, I could get a decent whack doing Oracle work in Aus - reckon I'd get skin cancer within two years though. That and I'd miss the grey skies and bone-chilling winds.

Think he means they'll lob brown facepaint on me then kick the living shit out of me.
That's cool though.

Lever and Dan, so cynical. An Aussie welcome involves a generous serve of good red meat and plenty of quality consumable ale.

Well, predictable I guess. But the welcome offer stands. Chaz must be due another trip down under soon. He knows about decent Aussie welcomes.

You met Chas?
Yeah, think I'll be heading into Perth, thought I may burn a few crosses with MB at least. I'll be going UnZud, so no doubts a few days in the marvel that is Sydney, then over to Tozzie. Should be able to catch a few of you, though the bird may get a bit bored with the cricket talk if so!

Nah, unfortch. But he is generous in his assessment of Aussie welcomes. He knows a decent shake of the hand and a cold beer shoved into that hand is a standard Aussie "hello".
Hopefully will get to met him on his next trip down here.

Send the lass off duty-free shopping Dan, and hook up with the likes of the skull, Woody, Hass, JGK and possibly Zat. Given those silly Vomits a miss. Still, if you start with MB, the bar will have well and truly been set.

Aye, I've had a few words with MB about it already - hopefully we can have a racist time with Timbo too.
Same with lards.
Haven't broached it with any Dubbers yet as, back then, it was the least infirm part of my plans. Would definitely love to though, should the trip work out.
