The word on the street is that Wessels will get the gig.

Will he import lots of English players?

Congrats to the Saffies. Well done to Steyn on his 10-fer, Hash on his 250, Jackie on his 170 and SRT on his umpteenth Test ton.

Yeah in that 2 year period India has toured twice.Once to NZ where they managed to draw twice and the other time against the might of Bangladesh.

Their last major away tour was to SL in 2008 when they got trashed.

Hey, 250+ unbeaten is rarer than 10fors.

Not that I am denigrating Steyn's performance,

Hmm, choosing a MoM between a player who takes a 10-fer and a player who makes an unbeaten 250.

I wish my team faced that dilemma every 2nd Test match. Cool

Happy for Amla, he comes across as a very honest, hardworking player. Well deserved.

Quick question . . . when was the last time a test in India was won by the team batting second? Did India win one against the Lankans batting second?

Yep, thought that was the case (too lazy to check) . . . haven't been too many of late IIRC. Just thinking the toss in the 2nd test will probably decide the series . . .
