Clearly the lack of referrals is a sign of how much the BCCI respect the traditional values of the game and don't want to spoil it with a system that is blatantly disrespectful to the umpires 
And as for Harby, if he's being out-bowled by Paul Harris FFS, maybe it's time for him to go.
