Ishant is still learning.
Judging by his body language yesterday, it appears not.

Steyn has now mastered late swing - both inswing and outswing.
the debutants may not figure it out at that pace.

I think you are needlessly harsh on him.
these new Indian seamers are not of the same calibre that existed during the days of Kapil Dev and Prabhakar. They are different and they need that support.
And frankly Ishant needs to get a few more successful series outside India to boost his confidence.
Even Steyn at that pace has to rely on late swing to fox the batsman. Same with morkel, just add the bounce.
Ishant is just slightly more raw compared to both of them, but he will come good. No doubts.

Again a super delivery by Steyn.
All 3 have been dismissed on superb deliveries.

I suppose Saha will have to save us with a crafty double century?
We're f*cked. Magnificent bowling by SA, especially on this pitch.

Gotta love the cricinfo commentary...
14.1 Steyn to Tendulkar, OUT, 142.1 kph, Got him! Steyn rulez. It came in the air, landed on a length, around the middle and off stump line and curved away. Tendulkar stuttered out to drive, the length drawing him forward, and he was then done in by the away movement. He did push his bat slightly outside the line, trying to cover for the away swing but the ball moved fractionally more and kissed the outer edge. Fab delivery. Tendulkar's forward movement wasn't as smooth; he stuttered out...

Badrinath is the oldest debutant batsman for India after T Srinivasan.

I thought I saw that; he didn't seem interested in bowling, almost.
