It seems bcci is going to slide down from here.

No dravid to stabilize the middle order.

As for Rohit Sharma, what an idiot!!

Should never get a chance to play tests for India again. And I don't think I'm harsh on him.

And suddenly this 'road' comes to life.

Thats what happens when you've quality bowlers like Steyn and Morkel in your lineup and not trundlers like Ishant and Bhajji.

they are bending their back to get that good length bounce. Morkel i.e.

he won't be able to do it the whole day.

then again he may not need to if things go according to plan, which looks increasingly likely.

Quality of SA bowling is streets ahead of India, if at all Indian attack can be called an attack.

Vijay didn't look comfortable, but then he was hardly there.

Ishant is still learning. Zaheer bowls within his limitations.

someone like Munaf could have made a difference in this series I feel. Despite of the negative opinions against him floating in this forum.

I don't think they are 'streets ahead' .. Morkel gets bounce everywhere and Steyn is pacier than anyone else.

Parnell is yet to be seen. Which is kinda frightening.

Dravid and Laxman were taller than the likes of Tendulkar and Sehwag and it always made a difference to know that these two came lower down the order. It helps navigate the extra bounce of Morkel better without straining your limbs and ligaments too much and leads to an injury of sorts.

You can't expect Sehwag to take bcci out of trouble when everybody around him is falling .. he too may throw it away thinking it is not worth the while.
