INR would be more accurate.

NSR itself was always a clumsy abb. "No sarcasm, recognised" "No sarcasm recognisable" ... it's negating the wrong item.



Otherwise I concur with Skulls' implication (I think) .... NIR (INR ffs!) is a higher and altogether more complex order of triumphalism.
