Seems like most EPL grounds have underpitch heating, the Emirates included - so the game WAS ON, however .... it takes some anonymous dick plus the police to negate playing a match because of " unsafe conditions outside the ground".

Allegedly 3,000 Bolton supporters considered it safe enough to make the 200 mile trek across frozen Motorways and countryside to watch a football match ... yet some needledick in Elf and Safety deemed it "unsafe" at the ground!
