in the detested stakes it is clear that fleas is even more reviled ...there was significant booing when cry baby got his marching orders - many preferring fleas to go...esp when sections of the crowd heard over the radio later that fleas has overtaken koala jnr (in % terms) as the player least likely to be out in a run out.
when fleas got out (happily 2 less than his ton) there was much celebration...fleas did not acknowledge the few claps he received (from the members) as he walked off.
yesterday was even better...Misdirected Aimer hitting fleas on the arm and then him getting out soon after to a limp shot...M Aimer received great plaudits from the crowd.
Fresh supply of pills for Christmas horrie?

Re: Who cried when Old Yeller got shot?
the objectivity pills have really kicked in...also clear that many in the crowd over the first 3 days have similar prescriptions...the gormlessness of many of the members of the Spiv (and Spiv wannabe) xi certainly does not pass unnoticed..
there were cheers when the screen and telly showed replays of little Misdirected Aimer blowing sarcastic kisses at the cry baby..
I am certain there are many Australians who are hoping that cry baby does not get his ton either by getting out or punter declaring when cb is on 99*

phurt mick...even 2 nsw guys sitting in front of us admitted they cannot stand fleas or wotnot...
aside from mr and mrs wotnot (who I saw on telly today - and btw the wotnot parents look like typical billies...Ms wotnot looked like she grazes in a good paddock and mr wotnot looks like he has swallowed the contents of several farms) there was not much cheering for either opener.

they look like they work out regularly at KFC...Mrs Wotnot was knitting when the wide screen tv cut to them ...given the tension as wotnot jnr was edging to his ton the knitting had a Madame defarge quality to the moment...suspect fleas would have had a rather unhealthy experience had he bumped into the Wotnots

aye, easy to understand the influence leading to jnr's body obsession in earlier days.
