So that's Scanlan's Footy Card Week 2010 done and dusted.

Highlight for me has to be Freo and Collingwood taking to the last hour to stop frigging about over Chris Tarrant - and swapping pick 42 for pick 43 FFS!

Also Desperate Dan Motlop gets the 2010 Magilla Gorilla Award - which at least will give him plenty of chance to practise his 'banana from Bay 13' party trick.

Total rebuild for the Cats, then. I doubt Sanderson will stay after being overlooked, though I hope I'm wrong. One of my favourite Cat players (Max Rooke) quietly retired during the week, too. Injuries finished him off prematurely. Maybe the quick-fix surgery about two years ago contributed, too, after seeming little short of miraculous in the early days.
