Australia v West Indies, 3rd Test, Perth, December 16-20
Well?
Wholesale changes, I reckon. Give the tired auld warhorses a rest.
Hughes
Rogers
Hodge (name him - that'll test him)
Bailey
Clarke (c)
White
Ronchi
Magoffin
Clark
Noffke
McGain
12th Voges (should be used to it)
We can't lose the series.

Interesting. In the Test just gone, the Windies were pushing for the win, and Australia (almost) hanging on. And you want to put a B team out against them now? You'd deserve to get absolutely walloped for that if you did.

Mike Hussey will be batting to save his test career in this game.

I think he was kidding around
If he was serious he would have had the (c) after Bailey's name

Australian physiotherapist Alex Kountouris said:
“Peter Siddle experienced some hamstring soreness during the Adelaide Test and underwent a scan on Wednesday which has cleared him of any serious damage. He will continue to be treated and monitored before a final decision will be made on his availability to play.”
Subi must have farqued Hildy's daughter without permission

Surely they'll just swap Siddle for Hilfenhaus? Hilfenhaus's absence from the Adelaide test was more cautionary than anything else, wasn't it?

Re: Australia v West Indies, 3rd Test, Perth, December 16-20
Ben Hilfenhaus is continuing to recover from a left knee tendon injury that ruled him out of the second Test in Adelaide. He has not made sufficient progress to select him for the Perth match and he will remain in Hobart to continue his rehabilitation recovery. He will continue to be monitored by Cricket Australia’s medical staff before a decision is made on his availability for the first Test against Pakistan at the MCG.”
