moreover I do not think the majority of those nukes are high tonnage, most will be tactical battlefield types only. With a few being 10kt or so.
they don't have the testing history or research/industrial base to build high output fission devices.

50 guns is a bit different from 50 nukes though.
And as for Pakistani nuke tonnage, I really have no clue.
