The current Shield match mustn't have had much influence - Clark's 2/31 looks much better than Bollinger's 0/61

with a bit of luck Siddle will withdraw to concentrate on Shield cricket and leave NSW to take on the 'might' of the Windies

FFS, picking the test team on the back of JAMODI form:

we have been very impressed with Doug’s form in the recent one-day series in India and feel he deserves this opportunity in the Australian squad," said Hilditch

Probably the only thing that kept him in the squad.

the only question is whether their selection weakens or strengthens the NSW state team.

It was a given that the NSP would screw up.

Surprised none of you Aussies saw this coming before hand.

Clark needs a couple more good efforts before he gets another shot, particularly after his fitness worries. I doubt Bolly will make the final 11 in BrisVegas so better off Gump having another game for the dubbers

I'd like to know what Gump did to Hilditch and Drunky (or their family members) to deserve such enmity.

Just one more reason why our selectors are crap.
Bollinger has been included in the test squad at the exclusion of Stuart Clark. Hilditch said "We were impressed by Bollingers performance in the recent ODI's"......yes, that ODI's, not Test matches..played in India..on bowler friendly wickets.
Meanwhile at their home ground in the Shield game:-
After 29 overs each: Bollinger 1/74. Clark 3/67

Just hope to Christ Bolly is 12th man. Rolling Eyes

Don't think there's much doubt about that.
