This is a good chance for the Windies bowlers to have a blow through before the test . . . Roach seems to be doing well and bowling himself into some form

Nephew of Max.

Ta Wally. Seems he has "scoring" in his genes. Cool

He must be like Hughes then with the exception of being douted as the next Aussie captain and failing miserably.

Yeah that was a huge typo, though with Hughes his whole career is a whole typo.

It's Barath time! Thank God, something to smile about, first really positive thing to have happened on this tour so far.

West Indies secure a draw thanks to 50 from Dowlin, Barath's 74 and half centuries for Sarwan and Chanderpaul. I think when they look back on this match they will realise it was quite important as the bowlers, who were severely undercooked, got a very long bowl and the batsman almost all had time at the crease. So even though they didn't play as well as they wanted it was objective achieved.

The umpiring continued to be carp yesterday. After having to dismiss most of the Queensland batsmen twice and having countless lbw decisions turned down they had Barath and Sarwan given out to what the computer analyst described as 'shockers'.

Still, as I said, I think this was a character building exercise and the only massively worrying negative from it is the 6 dropped catches. Devon Smith and Runako Morton might have been dud batsmen, but they were both brilliant in the slips and it will be difficult to replace them with Gayle not with the squad either.

Nope Lever, I am hopeful that my moans on umpiring wont be required in the Test series. Particularly if the review system is implemented properly.
