Yeah, X was at Sam's left shoulder and seemed to be listening to what red-hatted rucker had to say.

Said red hatted rucker is a terribly nice boy even though he is a Pom.
Did you see the video link I posted?

I did, and that's what I was commenting on. Here's another.
The video counts backwards but I reckon the Rugger player is front and centre at the 15 and 14 second mark near the end.

Can you id the song that channel nine played at the end of the telecast of the Adelaide test? Not the coldplay song, the rockier one before that.
It was a rare thing, a more than half-decent contemporary pop/rock track being played on mainstream media.

By thejezabels? No. Just had a listen to that. Liked her voice. Sounds like a good one too.It actually sounded a bit similar to the one I'm after, though it bit lighter.
The one I'm after has a male singer with a husky-ish voice. I think the chorus has 'and it feels like...' or similar. I think it's been a fairly big hit (barely listen to radio).

Re: Time for a music thread
This thread has been utterly decimated by the gradual removal of Youtube clips ... the pages around the middle are virtually unintelligible as they consist almost entirely of 'this clip has been removed by the user' etc etc.

Re: Time for a music thread
Right, never really heard much Springsteen other than the really famous ones (and those I did know I wouldn't necessarily recognise as Bringsteen tracks, I'd just recognise them).
Anyway heard the song "Wrecking Ball" from his new album recently and it was absolutely f*cking amazing, and made me feel like I've been missing out quite a bit. Now have a huge back catalog to get through and if I find anything half as good as that song I will be happy.

Well I think that's why I've always dismissed him out of hand. But whatever, f*cking awesome tune as I said and has made me proper pleased as I haven't had a massive back catalogue to look through for ages.Brass Monkey wrote:My dad likes that.

Bob Dylon was the last one recommended to me and if I ever go to hell his stupid f*cking voice will be on repeat for eternity.
