Today's Harris poll predicts:

Tories 187 seats
Lab 142
Lib Dems 90
Other 79 (hmmm, so that's the SNP, Ulster parties and who else? BNP? UKIP?)

So it's a hung Parliament with NuBlair as PM.....

NuBlair = Cameron?

Don't really take too much notice of polls with only 1000 people surveyed, I think in reality Cameron will probably win with a small majority.

Very difficult who to decide to vote for - both parties have policies I like and dislike.

I'd probably vote for UKIP, I agree with most of theirs. Probably a wasted vote in a general election though sadly...

Yes, I think the Tories will win, and with a majority too. Opinion polls struggle badly to offer more than a snapshot in any FPTP system which is constituency based. And a discredited government is going to struggle to get its vote out.

Harris says that a third of Labour's support has deserted it since 2005, but the Tories are not quite so damaged.

I'll probably tac-vote Tory this time - not because I have any faith in Nooblair, but because my local MP is Labour's Alan "Mr Expenses" Keen and I'm not having him represent me without a fight.

Such as result would see a hung Parliament with NuBlair as PM.

Why? Because i'm British.

And in their policies they somehow manage to spend north sea oil about 5 times over on different things.

It always amazes me that so few people pick up on the SNP policy to join the Euro. They want independence, immediately followed by signing over their economic policy to Frankfurt? How does that work?

Fark knows, the SNP are a weird lot. If something is wrong in Scotland it's Englands fault, I think that's the general thinking.

You must be a handy scapegoat to point the finger at.
