Re: Australia v Sussex/Lions match thread
I know its a warm up, but its still amazing how Mr Cricket, (who battled all the odds to become the immovable object in the Australian middle order) still succumbed to the pressure of James Kirtley.
Brad Haddin on 69*. Horrie will be pleased.

Saying that, off spinner Ollie Rayner grabs Bad Handlin's wicket.
He's certainly outshining my pick at the moment. Come on WAT, get a wicket or 3.

WAT Beer must fancy himself a couple of tailend wickets. Brett Lee and Nathan Hauritz are out there now.
Do Australia have a plan Blee?

A nice 5-fer wouldn't go amiss either...
What's going on down at hove with their outfield? Saw it on the telly a few days back - it looks like the oval 1976 in patches!

Haddy, Horry and the Magnificent Brett Lee saving the Aus face here.
A nation should raise its hands and cheer in gratitude to Brett. Nearing his 50 now. Putting his country in boss position.

Ah, see JKL and Dello beat me to that one . . . though I'm sure we (erstwhile occasional C4 and FB'er, Seasider and I) were talking about it on top of Hound Road Upper at TB this evening first.

Indeed Bob, now all we need is a nice Sussex capitulation tomorrow whilst keeping Stuart Clark at bay and we'll be sorted!
