Australia v Sussex/Lions match thread
May as well start one as the 2nd match will be televised.
Copying my post from a different thread, re the Sussex match.
Copying my post from a different thread, re the Sussex match.
Amazingly, Sussex have sold 20,000 tickets for this game.
Squad is as follows...
WAT Beer, RJ Hamilton-Brown, AJ Hodd, CD Hopkinson, EC Joyce, RJ Kirtley, RSC
Martin-Jenkins, CD Nash, OP Rayner, PSE Sandri, LJ Wright and MH Yardy (c).
Looks piss-weak bowling but it's debatable whether the England Lions batting is stronger.

He's sucking up to Dello by artificially raising the post count

WAT Beer
Roy wouldn't have been able to play this game ...his contract said he couldn't be seen in public with one

Hughes spanks 3 fours in the first over.
700 in a day again?

Apparently Australia have players called Brad Lee & Nathan Whoreitz.

Re: Australia v Sussex/Lions match thread
Because Australia want to play 12 a side, this isn't a first class match. So their only first class game before the first test will be the Lions game.

As is common when seeing pics of Hughes batting, you have to ask- What the f*ck was he trying to do there??
