They've made their poxy minds up it'll be 3 seamers, 2 spinners.

Rob Croft said it's going to be a bunsen.

Believe me if we've picked our side because of what Rob Croft says, when only 20% of wickets have fallen to spin at Cardiff this year we deserve to lose...

He said he had a good look at it today though.

Croft, Cosker and Dalrymple have had some decent success this season with the ball. I know they aren't test quality but it should tell you there will be a little spin on it. Even Cosgrove has chipped in with his non-spinning pies.

Funny that because the Sky team were reporting today that its not likely to turn as much as predicted. Beats me...

Well Swann can spin it further than the 3 bowlers mentioned (yes, even more than Robert Croft) so I assume he'll make better use out of it. With 90 overs a day on a wearing pitch, who know's what could happen.

Kaneria extracted a fair wing of spin in that game where the pitch was classed as "poor". Imagine that, on day 3 or 4. Combine that with a bit of sunshine and I think it'll make for something interesting.

However, I just think we should see it for ourselves because nobody really know's how it will play until that first ball is bowled.

But that's the thing. No first class pitch has been like that.

Some pretty low to average scores though. And gashlords like Wigley and Dernbach taking fifers.

Looks like it's going to be rain affected in some way though.
