If Matt Prior and Parthiv Patel had a love child it would be better than the current Aust keeper. It would also be ugly.

I don't know if Haddin is any worse than Prior.

Prior is ugly though, would perhaps be the only one in world cricket uglier than Sooky. Looks doubly so when he takes the hat off and reveals the bald head. Baldness doesn't do too many men any favours.

I thought he was SA's best eye candy, but I'm aware i'm a minority of one who thinks so.

I always end up saying 'Jeetan' with a Geordie accent, which is a bit unsettling. Comes out as 'Jeet'n'.

Or even drivel.

Tell me something I've said about Boucher here which is radically off the mark!

Except for the small fact that his batting average has remained constant at 30 since 1999.

Statistics can mislead. When was the last matchwinning innings he played? How often does he struggle when the team needs him now? The ton against the Bangles recently couldn't have hurt his average.

So once again you can't admit you are wrong. You are fast becoming the Aussie Batman.

Who says I'm wrong? If you had a survey of experts and fans and asked them if Boucher's form has declined and whether he should consider hanging up the gloves you might be surprised how many subscribe to that view.

I fail to see how you can say you're right. You've provided no evidence of Boucher making matchwinning contributions or not failing when his team needed him.

What evidence have you provided , Red?

Red : "his batting seems to have become very unreliable"

Taipan : "his batting average has remained constant at 30 since 1999"

Cricinfo cumulative average for Boucher

You then change the criteria to "match winning innings" and collate the data from a non-existing survey of a non-existing panel of experts to support your theories ...

You are getting whackier by the post ....

Yoy said his batting has become unreliable. I proved it has stayed consistently the same for the last 10 years.

So do you think his batting his reliable?

For the record I posted the reliable bit originally.

88.1 Steyn to Hughes, no run, Dropped, pitched up and moving away, Hughes pushes at it, it takes the edge, Boucher dives to his left and floors it, that was an easy take, hit the top of the glove and went down, nothing going right for the Proteas

But Taipan would defend him. His keeping is as sharp as ever. Actually he's dropped at least three this series.

You are the one who said his keeping was passable.

All I did was prove you were being a total twat about your batting comment.

FFS! Jack Blackham is a better 'keeper than Haddit and he's been dead for over 70 years!

I'd give Monty Panesar the gloves over Haddit anyday.
