Darryl Harper

He's been a completely shit umpire for over 10 years now and how he has remained on the ICC "Elite" panel all this time is beyond me. He's proving that even with video evidence at his disposal he is as incompetent as they come.

Sack him now in disgrace.

Time for a clear out on the elite panel: Bucknor is retiring, Harper gets worse and Tony Hill looks like carrying on Harper's proud tradition for ineptitude.

Doesn't help that the Referral system is flawed and is making the Umpires look like total numpties.

I think his obvious ineptitude adds to the rich entertaining pageant of international cricket. Has certainly livened up this current snooze-fest.
