The greatest yorker that you have seen?
recently Powell brought Strauss down with a brilliant yorker
some of the finest yorkers
Only 2 words for this one
JESUS CHRIST
Look what you have LOST NZ or should i call you BD
Shoaib to Dravid( that was a far better yorker than that to Tendulkar)
How the hell do you play this??
A lot of people like this but it seems a bit pedestrian to me
This one is a lot better
There are a couple more from the likes of Maling and Akram that i wanted to add but now i am bored

Akram bowled some brilliant ones.
Out of the Indians, both Munaf and Zak used to have very good ones. Especially Zak when he had his big jump action.

Yeah, his first series. His relative lack of pace restricts him though. But Patel and Zak were the ones who used it really well. Zaheer's lost his completely (or atleast he hasn't made it appear for some time now) and I don't really know or care what Munaf bowls nowadays.

ZAK bowled some good ones in the 2000 CT in Kenya
now he lacks the pace and i am glad that he doesn't go for the yorkers. His good length reverse swing bowling is brilliant so he doesn't need to do any thing more

btw that ball to tendulkar wasnt even a yorker. he just played over a full toss like a klutz. great ball to dravid
and i think that waqar yorker is brilliant not for its pace but the huge late swing

He's never swung the ball though. Doesn't feel like a "real" yorker unless it hoops in (or out). Not as dramatic.
Seem to recall Jimmy Anderson burtsing onto the scene with a beaut in the World Cup against Pakistan.
Might have made that up...

Makes you wonder why they don't bowl more yorkers in flat-track runathons. Make sure you have plenty of fielders to protect the drive and just try to muller the stumps ball after ball.
Or am I being too simplistic?
