Remote control, it only moves once straight up and down when detached. You're distracted by the real midget while the real legs are pulled up out of the false legs while the masked bloke is stood by the trolley.

Well, I reckon they've got someone like Rosemarie Siggins, HERE and HERE (She gets around on a skateboard) and a dwarf in a pair of long trousers. The person like Rosemarie Siggins then sits on the dwarf's head. Simple
