Bpttom lip. Six of them. And three in the chin at the same time. Was diving the next day, though. Idiot.
And the finger that I mangled at work. Though the needle was the really painful part of that, not the stitches.
The worst, however, was the stitches in the ankle being torn when the jerk brought me home from hospital after having the screws removed.
