Here's how I see it going. Pakistan will reach 800 (of which YK will have 500) at about lunch on day 5, declare, and skittle SL for 100, to win by an innings.

Possible indeed

Unfortunately PAK don't have M Sami(fast one) any more, i remember he put them in a winning position in a similar game but rain saved the Kiwis

Mind you, sometimes I think that any tests played in Pakistan need to be timeless to ensure a result...

The result would be the death of test cricket.

Maybe an alternative would be uncovered pitches in Pak?

Uncovered pitches should be brought back worldwide.

Except in France, where it should be clay.

I know that Subcontinental pitches are generally flat, with a fair amount of spin, but Pakistan pitches seem to be without much pace, bounce or spin.

Maybe Flat decks are just a characteristic of Pakistani pitches. Maybe we shouldn't whinge and just accept them as a marker for bowlers who visit Pakistan to just test themselves that little bit more.

You can't have it delivered on a plate to you everywhere you go.

yeah...at the same ground they prepared a green top wicket vs IND in 2006 and even that turned in to a batting paradise to a POINT that even Faisal Iqbal got a century.

Do you reckon they do the 'tape half the ball' thing to get some swing in the back streets of India?
