Three stupid things said by nine's commentators during this match...
1/ Tubby's stupid comment about the revised total noted above
2/ Benaud saying that if the 20 overs is not completed that this match will be determined by D/L ... (in fact if there aren't 20 overs it is a NR)
3/ Heals saying that there was no need for the NZers to push the runrate so hard ... given that they didn't get to the required total because of the rain, it is clear that if they wanted a chance they needed to push the runrate even _harder_

NZ robbed. They were the better side in the match, and in the series.

Yeah, OP, think the lads got a bit carried away and started thinking it was a T20 game . . .

Rain probably saved us.
About time Qld didn't get any international games after Christmas. Weather is too unreliable in the rainy state.

But at least there were no umpiring decisions that they could bitch about (although there was a close lbw shout early on Ferguson).

Some might say it's too reliable.
