FFS. A truly gettable total and England crumble against the mighty Maharoof. Losers.
Wake me up when this tour is over.

Ha, yeh, this is pretty embarrassing for India and fans as well eh? (Forgetting about the small matter of the WOrld T20 thingy)
Embarassment all round.
Even as a neutral it is painful to watch this English team at ODIs. Not because they're carp, but because one expects them to do better and they almost always manage to be carp. It's not as if they're Kenya so that you could say, ah well, they pretty much suck at everything.
How can a team be so bad at ODIs and stuill be decent at Tests? How can the same batsmen look total bo llocks in one form of the game and decent at the other?
Of course as I write this Bopara and Swann seem to be in business.

Swann out just when some hope was breaking out for England.

No real need to do that by Swann - needed to just play and get the target a bit closer.

Not clever - which could sum up our ODI cricket in general

It is tres amusante (if I have that right) how many times Bopara has been in these situations in his short ODI career.

I'll attempt to defend England's batsmen a bit by saying that it does seem quite hard to pick the ball up under those low lights.

Yes, we're shit again. Add this to the inevitabilities of life; the world continuing to rotate upon its axis and hurl through space at 67,000 miles per hour, birth and death, Ian Bell looking completely out of his depth most of the time, et cetera.
Oh, and Bopara looks thrice the player Owais "forum favourite" Shah does.

At least GPS showed a little bit of what he can 'bring to the table'. Just needs to stop being mental.
