It was always gonna be a tough tour . . . made tougher with Roy being axed and McGain injured.

Nevertheless, I think a LOT of good can come out of it . . . if the selectors don't get all knee-jerky (unlike you mob of qunts).

I, for one, enjoy the uncertainty surrounding the team . . . I actually feel nervous before games again.

Jebus, has one of taccy's "crew" got hold of his password and posted under his guise!! Shocked

I don't think Australia's performance was that bad. India is always a tough tour and you can't expect everyone to perform at their best.

But that doesn't change the fact that Ponting is clueless. We've criticised him in the past when Australia's been winning so it's not like we've all suddenly turned on him over the loss.

Ponting's stupidity is everyone's main gripe.

Personally I don't think we need to make any changes for the next test with the exception of bringing back Clark for White.

We're you watching it live, tac? 6-166 come off Tea with all the momentum and he bowls ShyTYT and Hussey at one end. FFS. Rolling Eyes

I have reserved my vitriol for the post-Tea session on day 4 of a Test that we had a sniff of winning, and in doing so, would have retained the B-G.

No judgment has been passed on the other 19 days of Ponting's leadership in the series. But on that one afternoon, it was farking infuriating.

Yep . . . a poorish decision. But not one he had complete control over, methinks.

MYTYT had bowled economically in the first dig...the idea was to hold up one end and get wickets from Crazy at the other ...lets face it midge and bung have been typically profligate during the series...the plan backfired as White served up dross

What a load of bollocks

He's the Captain ...

The only thing out of his control was he couldn't bowl Clarke ...

To get behind in the over rates is his responsibility ...he could have told Broad to stick it and risked the suspension ...
