It might make sense to reverse home rights for the time being. India could share surplus revenue with Pakistan as gate and TV generated income is likely to be higher in India anyway. The two countries share soil similarity and India could reciprocate by going twice to Pakistan successively after the turmoil subsides (whenever that is).
Going to the UAE or England isn't likely to fill the PCB coffers anyway as the cost involved will be much higher than that incurred in India. Maybe the two Boards will contemplate the advantages of adopting such a thought.
