Worst Delivery Ever
In the light of Cameron White's recent little boo boo, which is the worst delivery you have ever seen?
Harmison's Gabba travesty is obviously a given . . .

Harmison didn't trust Geraint's keeping so he was aiming for Flintoff, nothing wrong with that. Cam White has actually delivered two lots of four wides. Pretty ordinary for a slow bowler.

"Bowled" deliberately no doubt in order to ensure that the bookies collected on the fixed result.

Bucky's mum . . . about 30 years ago, I guess. Should have aborted, methinks.

Re: Worst Delivery Ever
Chris Matthews and Johnny Watkins would have a couple of runners each in this event, although it's hard to pin it down to one particular ball.
Craig McDermott's 'warm-up' ball first up on day 3 at MCG 94-95 to Graeme Gooch, a slow hip-high full-toss which Graeme gently patted back where it came from, would have been the worst ball I remember to take a wicket..

Re: Worst Delivery Ever
Merv's back of the hand slower ball that Chris Broad let crash into his stumps ....and caused him to keep bowling for the rest of his career even though no one ever looked like being "fooled" by it again...
Would be another candidate for "worst ball to get a wicket"

Sreesanth's beamer. Sreesanth's massive no ball bouncer.

Re: Worst Delivery Ever
Not a test match, but Richard Snell's attempted last ball of the match some years ago in a one day semi-final for Transvaal against Natal, who needed seven runs off one ball. Snell bowled a no-ball, which Jonty Rhodes hit for a four - and followed it up with a ball that was hit for a six.

Who bowled that double-bouncer that Bichel muscled over the long-on fence?
