The gates should have been thrown open. The ground is a white elephant, built 40 minutes from the heart of the city.

The facilities may be great, but the centre lacks a soul.

Just like the BCCI, in many ways.

And thank you BCCI, for behaving like CA - you learnt from the best and bested them at it. Now Australia the nation, STFU and go back to tossing shrimp into the barbies. For we are kicking your ass and we are rich - ask your players with better sense (read "greedy"). For we might just about send Mayawati to actually inquire into what happened to your natives. And believe me, she ain't nice.

So when are WE going to declare "Test Cricket", that sun-tanning solution of colonial goras, finally dead? we love playing Twenty20 in the dark, warm nights of India, with no dead aborigines watching with revulsion from the star studded sky.
