A very large, very hot curry, followed by a very brisk walk the next day. Works every time.

Watching neighbours brought me on.

I've had a big long walk carrying heavy shopping earlier, then I came home and ate some pineapple, and we're having curry for tea.

My neighbours are indoors at the moment but I'll go round and stick my head round the door if you think it'll help.

I've still got 3 weeks to go officially, I'm just trying to get it out before September because it will really p my mum off if it comes at the end of August - she's an ex-schoolteacher and she thinks it's the end of the world...
