The One wrote:dunno. the pak series in 2005 created a problem in the usual rotation. they should have played at ahmedabad, bangalore and mohali, but pak refused to play in ahmedabad due to security reasons. calcutta hosted a test out of turn in that series. delhi skipped a test in between as well when it was being renovated. bombay hosted a test out of turn for sachin's 101st test match
the last few tests have been
Mohali Ahmedabad Bangalore Nagpur Delhi Mumbai Chennai Kolkata Ahmedabad Mohali Bangalore Chennai Nagpur Mumbai Kanpur Kolkata Mohali Kolkata Bangalore Chennai Delhi Ahmedabad Nagpur Mohali Mumbai Delhi Kolkata Bangalore Chennai Ahmedabad Kanpur
with the next 6 at
Bangalore Mohali Delhi Nagpur Ahmedabad Mumbai
One of the tests in Chennai that got rained out a season back was alloted out of turn since Kanpur refysed to host as it didn't own the ground and marriage season bookings and local sports political tussles pevented them from getting hold of it in time. Lots of fixtures last 3 years got disrupted in rotation due to unavailability of certain venues due to various reasons.

Spelings are as overatted as the Saffer bowling attack.

You mean the Pak attack after the latest round of drug testing.

The One wrote:i think if india is at full-strength and playing well they dont need to fear the aussies on any pitch. the first few matches will be on normal surfaces. its only if we are a test down that you might see some raging turners
India at full strength? More often than not, the premiere seamers are injured. And even Zaheer and Ishant can't do much on flat tracks as we saw in asia Cup.
We need to have some bounce, pace and movement in the pitch.
