So the ICC obliged ...
Fixed.
FFS, Merls, the BCCI had no role to play in the decision involving a game between Pak and Eng. BCCI may be crap and pathetic and low, but this incident does not involve them. This decision was mutually taken between ICC officials, Pak and Eng board, so carp all ya wanmt about England's role and leave BCCI outta this. The way you people dodge ECB's role in this and keep dragging in BCCI in a mess they are not involved in for once is not acceptable.
That was my best mayfly that I attached to the hook, Viks.

MCC neutrality is not something that will sit too well amongst the other test playing countries. It wasn't so long ago that when England toured abroad they were officially the MCC team rather than England...

Then and now. I don't get how people don't/can't get their heads around certain things, especially that the MCC has nothing to do with the English cricket team anymore!

It was a hell of a long time ago Thickedge.
And cricket NEEDS some form of neutrality in the modern "let's suck up to the BCCI" game
