While India is allowed to give money to Sri Lanka,there will always be this sort of conjecture when they play against them.Personally I think there is too much pride in their individual statistics for them to throw a game,but I do find it strange that India is allowed to finance their opposition.Sri Lanka should be made to take a loan from the ICC,and administrators sent to oversee where the money is going.Didn't somebody embezzle funds from Sri Lankan cricket or was that India?
