I'd imagine India will make a few changes- Probably Ojha in for Chawla, and Uthappa in for Yusuf Pathan. Maybe RP Singh for Praveen, as well.

Yep, barring against minnows Chawla is being thrashed very badly by every other team.
Don't know why Ojha was omitted just after 1 match.

Maybe RP Singh for Praveen
Both are equally crap on these pitches.

Rp at least has an extra yard of pace.

Which will only help the ball to reach the boundary at greater pace.

hope they dont go out trying to score 400 again. last few months have shown us that the classical approach of keeping wickets in hand more often than not wins you matches, even with a slowish start
with india batting deep the last 20 overs can yield upwards of 150 if we have 8-9 wickets left

Yep, looking at the approach of Sehwag and Yuvraj yesterday, it did look they were still in Twenty20 mode.

It worked for them last time against Pakistan. Sometimes human beings make mistakes and things don't come off. I wouldn't want Sehwag in particular to chance his approach at all.
I actually thought that Dhoni should have played a few more shots in the last 10 overs. Instead he seemed content to keep milking it for singles right until the end.

He was terribly exausted. I just wonder how could he last that long! You need power to play those big shots and Dhoni had run out of that in the final overs.

SL are batting first. There goes any slim chance of us qualifying for the finals.

India playing with 5 pie chuckers, another recipe for disaster.
RP and Ojha come in for Yusuf and Chawla.

Jaya's last few innings against us,
31, 9, 45*, 48, 20, 3, 63*, 9, 2, 22, 6, 27, 0, and 34, thats 319 in 14 innings @ 26-odd, 10 runs lesser than his overall average against us.
Means of late he isn't thrashing us as well as he used to do in the past. Makes it imperative for us to nail him early. Plus don't forget Sanga and Mahela.
