Considering only 198 can represent the counties in one round of matches, the figures do seem to be skewed considerably. With Kolpaks and Overseas taken from that 198, this would probably be a fairer headline:

"Less than 50% of English County Pros Actually Play for their County and Thus Would Welcome Every Last Penny They Could Grab from Playing Twenny-Twenny".
