Islam is somewhat a derivative of the Dharmic faiths. I reject it. As for the Dharmic, shrug that's just some hippy rich kid/kept bloke spreading the word of self-harm to cause enlightenment. All bollocks as you can see. Whether or not that means there's no omnipotent power controlling all of our insignificant lives... who knows.

???

Islam is basically Mo's take on Judaism. The Qu'ran was changed, like the Bible, to fit in with the inherent culture. The only other culture that could've influenced it is aspects of the Dharmic faiths. This can be construed from excerpts of the Koran.

How so? Due to the proximity of the region to India? If it's Persia, I don't think Zoroastrianism is considered a dharmic religion.

Zoroastrianism? Bloimey, haven't heard that for a year or 10. Nah, was thinking more like Kabbalism - though I'm sure he took from the likes of Hinduism and Buddhism etc... They all mingled IMO... just like Greco Roman religion, North European etc...

Heard Mo went to what's now modern day Iran, sure he must've went to India too.

Plenty of it is changable IMO - just gone down different routes of a complex expert system in which random/environmental/socio-economical/blah factors has changed the mantras slightly/greatly.
