They aren't toffee, they're caramel chocolate. A little grainy but nice. Haven't seen one in a while, though I don't eat chocolate much any more.

I had a Caramac 'phase' back in my uni days.
I never liked Dime bars and yet they thrive while the far superior Caramac whithered and died. There's no confectionary justice.
