Is that where he is. I was wondering why he didn't play the Shield match.

Yup, on some farkin "development" tour, when he could've been helping us to 2 points and a step towards hosting the Moo Moo Final. Oh well, such is the development cycle.

Indeed. He will learn far more playing Shield against hardened professionals than he will against kids.

He comes from my regional area on the mid-north coast. My brother knows the Dubbers mid-north coast development officer Brett Rankin, who has had a huge wrap on Hughes (from Macksville) for years and has had a lot to do with his advances through the ranks. Hope the short-arse does good. Early signs are good. Khawaja looked the goods yesty as well.

Re Pup II - early signs are excellent. Without having seen him, his scores suggest he needs to work on his fitness.

Aye, plenty of 40s would suggest just that.

Fitness, was that my undoing? Thought it was more about Friday night preceding saturday morning.

Indian colts bowl SA out for 149 in 30 overs, with Sangwan taking a 5-for.

Sangawan has done well for Delhi in last Ranji season and was instrumental in them winning the crown after 16 years..
